Bible Ministries
In keeping with the aspirations of this ministry to vividly depict some of the harder Biblical concepts, we have appropriately chosen to portray in our official trademark, something that is, perhaps, the most demanding design of all to draw, i.e., God Himself. Our logo, then, is a geometric symbol (i.e., an altered “Star of David”) showing some of the major ways God is typically revealed and visualized in the Bible.
This is representative of God’s oneness, i.e., His singular essence or substance. This means that all the attributes that are necessary for God to be Who and What He is, and should be, are resident in one, divine entity called God (Ps. 90:2; Cp., Dt. 4:35; 6:4;Isa. 45:5; 46:9; Jn. 4:24).
This typifies the fact that this one divine essence is shared equally with three, separate and distinct, Persons within the Godhead (Rom. 1:20). They are:
This symbolized the governing arrangement of these three within the Godhead. That is:
This denotes the fact that Jesus Christ became Man, as planned by the Father, to die on the Cross for all sins (Phil. 2:5-8; Col. 2:9; I Jn. 4:14). It pictures Christ crucified, resurrected, ascended, and ultimately glorified (Acts 2:22-36; Rev. 5:5-13). It represents the concept that although Jesus Christ is eternal God, He will from here throughout eternity, also be a Man (Jn. 1:1-3, 14; Phil. 2:5-11; Heb. 2:5-18).
